Welcome to Kinetic Chain

Where Results Happen!

Learn how Active Release Technique (ART), Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), and Sports Massage The Kinetic Chain Way can help you stay on top of your game!

Are you an athlete who is at the top of your game?

Maybe you are serious about getting to a level where you have never been or would like to revisit that level once again. Then you understand the importance of a complete workout regime that includes all of the necessary ingredients needed for performance and recovery. These areas include nutrition, hydration, strength and endurance training, stretching, as well as bodywork. Whether you are a professional athlete, amateur athlete, weekend warrior or industrial athlete it is inevitable that normal wear and tear of muscles will naturally occur.

When the same action is performed over and over such as with running, jumping, or smashing into your opponents stress is placed on the soft tissue (joints, muscles, tendons). This repetitive stress can cause pain and swelling resulting in scar tissue formation- an attempt to stabilize an area. This can lead to further injuries and inhibit an athletes performance potential. Without proper intervention recovery can be a long process.

With a variety of soft tissue modalities such as Active Release Technique (ART), Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), Deep Tissue and Sports Massage The Kinetic Chain Way will help take you to the next level.
